Delivery & Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery costs are included in your purchase and we aim to dispatch all orders within three working days of purchase.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

Orders are processed within 24 hours.

Smaller items such as Bedside cabinets/ Cushions/ Lighting which are sent by courier can take up to 7- 10 Business Days for delivery to be completed.

Medium sized products such as chests of Drawers/ Sideboards can take up to up to 14 Working Days for delivery to be completed.

Large items such as Wardrobes/ Dining Tables, Garden Furniture which may require a 2 man booked in service can take up to up to 14 Working Days for delivery to be completed.

Areas where charges apply:

We deliver our products anywhere in mainland Great Britain. Unfortunately free delivery does not cover most areas of Ireland, Scotland. Post code areas of  AB, IV, PA, PH, FK, KY, DD, HS, KA, KW, CA14 and for certain products EH. If free delivery is not in your postcode area we will email you after the order is placed to inform you of the relevant delivery charge. We currently do not deliver to mainland Europe. If you are outside of the UK and  interested in any of our products please get in touch and we can give a bespoke delivery charge.

RETURNS & DAMAGES

If unfortunately you are not satisfied with the goods or they have been received damaged we allow 1 working day to report damages or 14 days to accept return of goods. If you change your mind. To request return of goods or faulty goods you will need to report to us by contacting customer services at hello@jubileeinteriors.co.uk

If the goods are damaged/faulty upon arrival we will replace the goods or the component part required. If for any reason you wish to return due to change of mind can arrange return, the return costs will be charged to the customer. Products need to be returned in the original packaging with the invoice number stated on the package as a reference.

We will only refund upon return of goods, if returned without original packaging there will be 20% re-stocking fee applicable.

Upon return you will be credited for the value of the goods ONLY deducting any fee’s applicable.
